Discovery Call

I start by understanding your business: your ambitions, your current state, who your key stakeholders are, and what's actually driving the need for this work. No assumptions, no pre-built proposals.

Scoping & Action Plan

I map out exactly what needs to happen, who needs to be involved, and what a realistic timeline looks like. We agree on deliverables before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Data Collection & Analysis

I work as closely with your internal team and data as possible, reducing the burden on you while getting a complete picture. Regular check-ins keep the project on track and stakeholders looped in.

Delivery & Handover

Outputs are delivered with a closing review to ensure you're satisfied and that you actually understand what's been produced. I make sure your team can carry this forward without depending on me.

Aftercare
