Resting Reef transforms cremated ashes into living ocean reefs - an inherently sustainable concept, but one built long explanatory qualitative claims. I was brought in to give those claims a quantitative backbone.

Joining EcoVerify as their first hire meant building the operation alongside the work itself - developing client-facing reporting requirments, leading Ecovadis submissions for SME clients across sectors, and managing full project lifecycles from client site visits to score delivery.

Concentric knew sustainability mattered for winning new clients - but had no data, no baseline, and a limited idea of where to begin. I led their full ESG project from the ground up: conducting a health check across the business, running stakeholder interviews, building GHG reporting templates, and producing their first non-financial sustainability report aligned to SASB and the CSRD double materiality framework.
