The challenge
- No carbon footprint, no emissions data, no understanding of Scope 1, 2 or 3 in their specific context
- Existing CSR policies were strong but publicly reported data was weak – nowhere to anchor a report
- No framework alignment and no clear sense of where to start
What I did

ESG health check
Structured self-evaluation mapping what was already being met (often without the team realising) and what was genuinely missing.

GHG data templates
Built bespoke Scope 1, 2 and 3 reporting templates with written methodologies so the team could repeat the process independently.

Materiality matrix
Applied SASB Industry Standards and CSRD/ESRS double materiality framework to identify which ESG topics were most relevant to Concentric's sector.

First sustainability report
Built and completed the full report, then ran an ESG Lessons Learnt session so the team understood the what and the why.
